Lead Generation Executive / Sales Development Representative
Up to £27,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £32,000+) Full Time | Permanent
Are you a confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people and opening doors to new business opportunities?
We're looking for a driven Lead Generation Executive to join a growing sales team, helping to generate new business opportunities within the property sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with B2B sales, appointment setting or lead generation experience who enjoys working towards targets and being rewarded for success.
Working remotely, you'll play a key role in introducing an innovative service to estate agency businesses, booking qualified appointments for the Business Development team and helping drive future growth.
What you'll be doing
Making outbound calls to prospective business customers
Identifying decision makers and qualifying opportunities
Booking high-quality appointments for the Business Development Managers
Building rapport and understanding customer needs
Managing follow-up activity and nurturing leads
Updating HubSpot CRM with accurate customer information
Working towards individual and team targets
Collaborating closely with the wider sales team
What we're looking for
Previous experience in lead generation, telesales, sales development or appointment setting
Confident making outbound B2B calls
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience using a CRM system (HubSpot desirable)
Self-motivated and organised with excellent time management
Resilient, positive and target-driven
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Desirable
Experience selling into estate agencies, legal, property or professional services sectors
Previous experience within SaaS, technology or business services
What's on offer?
£25000 - £27,000 basic salary + Comms
Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £32,000 (£5000 commission)
