The Sales Co-ordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the customer service department within the retail industry. This permanent position involves managing customer interactions, ensuring seamless sales operations & processing high volume customer orders.

Description
Managing day-to-day office administration and clerical tasks
Liaising with wholesale and retail customers in a professional and timely manner
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Issuing invoices and maintaining accurate order records
Providing customer support via WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
Answering customer questions and resolving issues in a clear and professional manner
Ensuring customer orders are packed, processed, and dispatched on time
Assisting with packing and operational fulfilment as required
Monitoring order progress and helping to troubleshoot delays or delivery issues
Supporting stock coordination and general supply chain management
Assisting with the movement of goods through the order fulfilment process
Helping maintain accuracy across inventory, orders, and dispatch records
Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow from order receipt through to delivery
Profile
A successful Sales Co-ordinator should have
Experience in customer order processing or sales administration.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using sales or customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
An ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Job Offer
A competitive salary ranging from £27,000 to £30,000 per annum.
