Administrator (Office & Export) – Leeds

Based in Leeds, our client is a well-established international supplier operating within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector, seeking an Office & Export Administrator to join their growing team.
As a key member of the business, you'll play an integral role in supporting office operations, customer service, order processing, and export administration. This is a varied position where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business while developing valuable administrative and commercial skills.
Key Responsibilities
Processing and invoicing sales orders using Sage Line 50.
Managing emails, customer enquiries, and general office correspondence.
Handling incoming telephone calls and providing excellent customer service.
Supporting customers, suppliers, and internal sales teams.
Maintaining CRM databases, stock records, pricing information, promotions, and customer data.
Conducting credit checks for new customers in conjunction with the finance team.
Managing post, including international shipments and export documentation.
Assisting with logistics issues, product documentation, and customer invoice queries.
Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Performing general administration duties including filing, scanning, archiving, document control, and maintaining office systems.
Welcoming visitors and providing professional front-of-house support.
About You
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Confident communicating with customers and colleagues at all levels.
A strong problem solver who can work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Trustworthy, reliable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experienced in administration, customer service, or office support roles.
Knowledge of Sage Line 50 would be advantageous.
What's on Offer?
Full-time permanent position.
Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 17:00.
Friday: 09:00 – 16:30.
