We're partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit a Reward Analyst to join their established Reward & Benefits team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with reward, compensation, people analytics or HR data experience who is looking to deepen their expertise and contribute to high-profile reward initiatives.
The Opportunity
Working alongside experienced reward professionals, you'll support a wide range of reward activities including job evaluation, market benchmarking, pay analysis, annual compensation processes and organisational change projects.
This role offers excellent exposure to specialist reward work, making it ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Support job evaluation reviews, analysing role profiles and maintaining accurate evaluation records
Assist with reward activities linked to organisational and business change programmes
Prepare and analyse pay, grade and role data to support reward decision-making
Contribute to salary benchmarking exercises and market comparisons
Support annual reward processes including salary reviews, bonus reviews and pay reporting
Maintain reward data, trackers and governance documentation
Assist with ongoing reward projects and process improvements
Produce insights and analysis to support senior stakeholders
About You
Experience within Reward, Compensation & Benefits, People Analytics or a similar analytical HR function
Exposure to job evaluation and role benchmarking activities
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across the business
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
Desirable
Experience using Power BI, SQL or VBA
Exposure to international salary benchmarking
Experience supporting reward projects or organisational change initiatives
