We are looking for an organised and proactive Retail Communications Coordinator to join our Communications team in Warrington.
In this varied role, you will support the delivery of retail communications, marketing activity and social media engagement across our shop network. Working closely with the Retail Operational Support Manager and Marketing & Social Media Manager, you will help ensure our shops receive clear, timely and informative updates about campaigns, operations, sales performance and social media initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys writing, administration, stakeholder engagement and social media, and is looking to develop their career in communications and marketing within a charity retail environment.

Experience
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and confidence supporting shops with simple posting, access and administration queries. (A)
Ability to follow agreed processes, use templates and maintain consistent standards across routine marketing and communications tasks. (A)
Skills and knowledge
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and keep accurate records. (I)
Good written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and friendly copy for emails, updates and social media posts. (I)
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word, to manage reports, trackers, emails and documents. (I)
Personal attributes
Ability to interact with stakeholders across the charity and engage with our shop teams on both a personal level and via digital communication. (I)

Experience Previous job roles that included communications, marketing or social media to a large multi-site organisation. (A)
