Job Description: Restaurant Listing Team Lead

Location: Germany

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee our local Restaurant Listing Team in Germany. This is a high-responsibility role that involves leading a team, managing the end-to-end menu creation process, and driving projects to ensure our merchants have the best possible digital storefront on the Wolt platform.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate the local Restaurant Listing team, organizing workflows to ensure team members are well-supported and high-performing.

Menu Operations: Oversee the end-to-end menu creation and editing process, ensuring fast, SLA-driven merchant onboarding while maintaining Wolt’s high aesthetic and data accuracy standards.

Content Strategy & Optimization: Drive the metrics connected with the team effort and merchant engagement increase by working cross-functionally to optimize how content performs on the platform.

Compliance: Act as the "Compliance Hero" for the market, ensuring all listings on the platform strictly adhere to EU LMIV standards while maintaining high compliance metrics across the board.

Process Improvement: Drive and own new projects aimed at improving efficiency and qualit
