Residential Sales Manager

Job Description Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for a highly motivated Residential Sales Manager / Lister to join our successful Taylors estate agency team inBedminster, Bristol.

OTE: £45k-£60k| Uncapped Commission | Career Progression

A Quick Look at the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for winning new instructions and listing properties for market while consistently delivering exceptional customer service. You will build strong relationships with new and existing clients, both face-to-face and over the phone, and maximise every opportunity to book appointments for our in-house Mortgage Advisors.

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For

Have previous estate agency experience (e.g. Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator)

Be confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment

Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service

Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)

Hold a full UK driving licence
