About the role: What's in the Box

At HelloFresh, we’re on a mission to change the way people eat forever. As a Reliability Manager, you will ensure maximum uptime of our production systems while driving a strong culture of reliability, prevention, and continuous improvement. (Only Day Shift - Monday -Friday)

What you’ll do: The Recipe

Own reliability: Drive the site’s Reliability Plan to maximize uptime and reduce unplanned downtime

Translate strategy into action: Implement PM & PdM strategies into daily engineering operations

Solve problems sustainably: Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to eliminate recurring issues

Drive performance: Track and improve KPIs such as OEE and MTBF

Leverage data: Analyze CMMS trends to predict and prevent failures

Ensure standards: Maintain engineering, safety, and food safety compliance

Develop your team: Identify skill gaps and drive targeted training and development

Support growth: Contribute to capital projects and long-term engineering initiatives

What you’ll bring: The Ingredients

Engineering background (degree or equivalent qualification)

Experience in maintenance, reliability, or automation in a production environment

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

2–3 years of leadership experience in managing technical teams

Experience with CMMS systems and performance tracking

Strong communication skills across all levels

Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach

Passion for continuous improvement and HelloFresh DNA
