We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our established Accountancy & Finance team at Hays, specialising in the recruitment of Part Qualified Finance professionals across Bath, Wiltshire and the surrounding region.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your own market while working alongside - and learning from - some of the most successful finance recruiters in the South West. You'll be supported, coached and mentored by market-leading consultants with years of experience, giving you access to industry-leading training and invaluable local market knowledge from day one.

What you'll be doing

Building relationships with finance leaders and hiring managers across the region Recruiting Part Qualified finance professionals including AAT, ACCA, CIMA and ACA studiers Winning new business and developing long-term client partnerships Providing expert advice to both clients and candidates Managing the full recruitment life cycle from vacancy briefing to placement
