£26,000 - £33,000 + uncapped commission Birmingham | Full-time Office-based for first 3 months, then hybrid (1-2 days WFH)

You’ll have the freedom to make the desk your own, backed by a supportive manager and a collaborative team that celebrates success. You’ll be based in a modern, recently refurbished office right next to the train station, covering Birmingham and the wider B postcodes in a busy, opportunity-rich market.

What you’ll be doing

Running a permanent Accountancy & Finance desk, recruiting for roles such as payroll, accounts receivable, purchase ledger, sales ledger, and other finance positions.

It’s all about building relationships, winning new business, and really getting to know your market.

Experience in Accountancy & Finance recruitment (or similar)

Confidence with business development

Strong relationship-building skills
