Driving licence required (due to geographical patch)
Working pattern: 5 days in the office initially for training, then 1–2 days working from home

The Role
This is a 360 recruitment role where you’ll take ownership of your own desk and grow revenue through sales and relationship building. You will:
Win new business through calls, meetings and networking
Build and manage your own client portfolio
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers
Source and place candidates into suitable roles
Manage the full recruitment process end to end
It’s a high-activity, phone-based role ideal for someone who enjoys sales and turning conversations into results.
