What you will be doing

Managing renewals for a portfolio of Real Estate insurance clients

Preparing detailed market presentations for property portfolios

Negotiating terms with insurers across property and liability classes

Handling complex mid term adjustments across multi site schedules

Supporting senior colleagues on larger, strategic Real Estate accounts

Acting as a day to day contact for clients and insurers

As an Account Handler in this environment, you will be expected to understand how Real Estate insurance programmes are structured. Accuracy, commercial awareness and insurer dialogue are central to the role.
