Job Summary
As a Quality Assurance Analyst within our team, you will support efforts to identify and reduce process inefficiencies across the software development lifecycle. You will apply Lean and Six Sigma methods, coordinate production testing activities, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners and contribute to a culture of learning and collaboration. Your work will help us deliver high-quality products and services.
Job Responsibilities
Support process mapping efforts to understand end-to-end quality processes, identify gaps, and capture improvement opportunities
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma tools and help track actions, benefits, and sustainment plans
Coordinate production testing activities with product and engineering teams, including test schedules, data readiness, and defect triage
Maintain clear status reporting on product acceptance progress and consolidate metrics and stakeholder updates
Prepare materials and document outcomes for cross-functional workshops and kaizen events
Contribute to quality metrics and dashboards, keeping them up to date
Promote continuous improvement practices by documenting playbooks, sharing learnings, and adopting best practices
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Foundational knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methods and interest in applying them to technology processes
Ability to learn and support process mapping and identify bottlenecks or non-value-add activities with guidance
Analytical skills to help quantify problems, establish baselines, and measure improvements with support
Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with global, cross-functional teams
Ability to operate in agile, fast-paced environments; proactive, organized, and eager to learn
Proficiency with collaboration and tracking tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Excel or Sheets; basic familiarity with defects and test concepts
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Exposure to basic data analysis for continuous improvement, including trends and charts; familiarity with control charts is a plus
Interest in workflow analytics or process mining using approved solutions
Experience helping document or standardize procedures and assist with control plans to sustain improvements
