Our client a very successful global delivery solutions company are now looking to add a Quality Analyst to the team.
This amazing client is looking for someone with great communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
The Role
Ensuring reports (Excel based reporting monitoring each leg of the parcels journey) across all our models are kept up to date daily
Monitoring parcels from origin to destination through to delivery to the end consumer
Any concerns or delays seen impacting Quality are highlighted in good time to the relevant supplier
Liaise with suppliers (warehouse/broker/carrier) to resolve issues
Take ownership of customer problems and be proactive in achieving solutions
Communicating any delays to management
Ensuring all parcel tracking is sent by our suppliers, highlighting any concerns
Identify trends in performance that could have an impact to Quality
Ensuring pre-alerts are sent accurately and on time to our suppliers
Develop finger-tip knowledge of internal and external processes
Willing to undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required.
