In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in supporting our Supply Chain Operations in the generation of purchase orders for various HelloFresh markets across Europe, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. This role will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our ordering processes using a combination of in-house tools and google suite packages. Working closely with the Supply Chain, Procurement and Forecasting teams, this role will raise, edit and send purchase orders to our suppliers,, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

Drive Inbound Delivery & On-Time Performance: Partner closely with fulfillment sites to track ingredient shipments, resolve stock shortages, and manage non-compliance incidents promptly to protect customer availability.

Strengthen Supplier Accountability & Daily Communication: Maintain daily touchpoints with suppliers to manage emergency stock needs, track order statuses, and hold vendors to the highest service standards.

Provide Core Procurement & Administrative Support: Assist Buyers with daily procurement tasks, including high-volume inbox management, issuing emergency purchase orders, and resolving vendor inquiries.

Manage Data Operations & Inbound Analytics: Perform daily data entry, track key metrics, and build reports using G-Suite and inter
