Proposals Manager

A leading law firm is looking for an experienced Proposals Manager to join its global Business Development team.

This is a senior role supporting a major international practice area, with responsibility for managing complex, strategic and multi-jurisdictional proposals, primarily across the European market.

Key responsibilities

Lead end-to-end proposals and pitches for strategic opportunities.

Work closely with senior partners, professionals and Business Development teams.

Develop compelling, client-focused proposals and written content.

Provide strategic advice, challenge and guidance throughout the pitch process.

Coach and support junior colleagues.

Manage online RFP submissions and proposal technology.

Deliver proposal training and conduct win/loss reviews.

Build strong relationships across international teams and support best-practice development.

You will have

Extensive experience managing competitive proposals and pitches, ideally within professional services.

Experience working with senior stakeholders in a complex, international environment.

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong project management and organisational skills.

The ability to influence, challenge and build relationships at senior level.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience with online RFP platforms.
