Proposal Writing: Write, edit, and refine proposal content, translating complex product and technical capabilities into clear, compelling, and client-facing responses.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Solutions Consulting, Legal, Security, and Marketing) to extract inputs and resolve open issues and blockers.
Lessons Learned: Lead post-mortems on supported bids to capture lessons learned and improve proposal content and processes over time.
Who You Are
Proposal Professional: 3–5 years of experience in proposal writing, bid coordination, or a related function, ideally within a b2b SaaS or technology environment; familiarity with EMEA procurement processes.
Organized and Dependable: Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and workstreams with high attention to detail.
Strong Writer: Able to synthesize technical details and product architecture into clear, well-structured prose under deadline pressure.
Collaborative: Skilled at building relationships and driving accountability across various internal teams (Sales, Legal, Security) to secure necessary inputs.
