Property Manager – Estate Agency

Location: Manchester – Warrington

Salary/hours £27,192 per annum prorated based on 4 days per week and one Saturday per month 10am-3pm.

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Property Manager to become a key part of the team. This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting check-out inspections and reporting maintenance or cleaning issues to the administration team

Coordinating maintenance works, repairs, inspections, and contractor visits

Carrying out regular property inspections and maintaining accurate records

Ensuring properties remain compliant with current health and safety legislation

Preparing inventories and schedules of condition to a high standard

Supporting the sales and lettings teams with property viewings when required

Providing excellent customer service to landlords, tenants, contractors, and clients

Managing workloads efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail

About You

Previous experience within residential property management

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

A proactive and solutions-focused approach

The ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities

High attention to detail and pride in delivering work to a high standard

A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support colleagues when needed
