A Project Manager/Business Analyst is required to support a major transformation programme within a housing organisation. Working across business and technology teams, the successful candidate will lead project delivery, facilitate stakeholder workshops, gather requirements, map business processes, and drive system-enabled change. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, suppliers (including MRI), and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and achieve the desired business outcomes.
Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience
Business transformation and change delivery
Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
Process mapping (As-Is / To-Be)
Governance, reporting, risk and issue management
Requirements gathering and business improvement
Supplier management experience
MRI Housing experience
Housing Association or Property Services background
Experience delivering system implementations or enhancements
Approx. 70% home based
Travel to Rochdale required for workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project activities
