French Speaking Project Manager - Scotland

We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a growing destination management company that creates unforgettable corporate events and incentive programmes across Scotland. If you're organised, creative and love bringing exceptional experiences to life, we'd love to hear from you!
You'll manage projects from initial enquiry through to delivery, creating bespoke itineraries for corporate groups while building strong relationships with clients and local suppliers. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, combining office-based planning with on-the-ground event delivery across Scotland.
Your Responsibilities
Design and deliver bespoke corporate group programmes
Manage projects from proposal through to successful delivery
Create engaging client presentations and detailed budgets
Negotiate with suppliers and build lasting partnerships
Manage key client accounts and ensure exceptional service throughout
Lead site inspections and oversee events across Scotland
Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders
About You
Fluent in both French and English (essential)
At least 1 year's experience within the UK inbound tourism, travel or events industry
Passionate about Scotland with excellent destination knowledge
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple projects and working to deadlines
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
What's on Offer?
Salary from £33,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience
Full-time, permanent opportunity
Edinburgh city centre office
Hybrid working available after successful completion of probation (minimum three office days per week)
Monday to Friday working hours
