I am working with a £Bn top tier contractor who are building a new team based in London working on New Build Light Industrial Projects in the Homes Counties and M4 corridor. They are looking to bring in a Project Manager who has previous relevant experience taking £50M-£100M new build projects from Tender/Bid, Precon/PCSA through Delivery to hand over.
