Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver medium to large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.

You'll join an established UK main contractor and take overall responsibility for project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to a high standard. Experience within healthcare construction would be particularly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Manage site teams, subcontractors, designers and project resources.

Maintain excellent Health & Safety and quality standards.

Manage project programmes, procurement and progress.

Work closely with the commercial team, including delivery of monthly CVRs.

Chair client meetings and provide regular progress reports.

Manage project risks, issues and contractual requirements.

Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and end users.

About You You'll have:

Proven Project Manager experience with a UK main contractor.

A track record of delivering medium to large building projects.

Strong commercial, programme and construction knowledge.

Excellent leadership and client-facing skills.

A strong Health & Safety ethos.

Healthcare project experience is highly desirable.
