Project Manager | Clevedon

The Role

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver event platforms on spec, on time and in budget. This role requires a highly motivated and hands-on individual with strong project management skills, excellent attention to detail and great communication skills to ensure our clients are always kept informed and receive a top-level service. Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for someone with a technical background.

Responsibilities will include

Carrying out the build of projects on our digital event platform to ensure event organisers, exhibitors and delegates maximise on the networking opportunities we offer.

Offering professional guidance to clients to ensure we build a quality product that is suited to their event’s sector, users and objectives.

Delivering presentations to clients and platform users and train on its functionalities to encourage engagement.

Communicating with the Development team to keep up to date with platform’s new features and recommend improvements.

Communicating with the Customer Experience team to ensure they are familiar with each project and can deliver networking services effectively.

Exceeding expectations in terms of product quality

Ensuring that internal systems and processes are maintained

The Person

Our client is seeking a proactive, results-driven professional with strong communication and Project Management Experience

Previous trade show experience is preferrable

Great communication and presentation skills

Effective planning and organisation

Confident building relationships with clients and their partners/customers

Ability to work under pressure

Flexibility to work in different time zones when required

Strong problem-solving skills / engineering background

Keen interest in data manipulation would be useful

The Hours

Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

Clevedon, South Bristol, North Somerset

The Salary

£30-35,000
