Job Description

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it.

As a Technical Program Manager on the GTM Engineering team, you will own the strategy and execution of AI-driven automations across our GTM stack. The main focus of this role will be driving internal AI initiatives that help Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps move faster and operate more intelligently.

The GTM organization is accelerating its AI transformation to improve operational leverage, scale efficiently, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role partners closely with GTM leadership, Business Systems, Data teams, and AI Engineering to define the AI roadmap, test emerging solutions, and turn insights into operational wins.

You'll blend program management excellence with hands-on experimentation, building no-code AI prototypes while also scoping complex implementations with engineering teams.

What you’ll do as a Program Manager at Vanta

- Partner with GTM leadership across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-powered automation and workflow optimization

- Own the GTM AI roadmap—prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, readiness, and alignment across functions

- Program-manage the design, build, and rollout of AI workflows across the GTM stack, collaborating closely with Business Systems, Data, Product, and AI Engineering teams

- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured programs with clear success metrics, tracking adoption and measuring efficiency impact

- Represent GTM Engineering needs in AI and roadmap planning with engineering

- Establish frameworks for measuring AI initiative success: tracking time savings, productivity lift, adoption rates, and revenue impact

- Drive change management and enablement efforts, ensuring GTM teams understand, adopt, and maximize new AI capabilities

How to be successful in this role

- 5-8+ years of program management, ideally within GTM operations, business systems, digital transformation, or AI operations

- Proven track record managing cross-functional programs and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Deep familiarity with GTM systems and workflows: experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, customer success tools, and understanding of the GTM lifecycle from lead generation through renewal.

- Analytical mindset with ability to translate technical insights into executive-level narratives and establish data-driven frameworks for measuring program success

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders and drive adoption across teams

- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and balance strategic vision with tactical execution

- Nice to have: experience designing and implementing AI, automation, or workflow intelligence in GTM, sales operations, or post-sales environments

- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field preferred

- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.

- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.

What you can expect as a Vanta’n

- Industry-competitive salary and equity

- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with 100% of employee-only benefit premiums covered for most medical plans

- 16 weeks paid Parental Leave for all new parents

- Health & wellness stipend

- Remote workspace, internet, and cellphone stipend

- Commuter bene
