Product Owner

Reed Technology is partnering with a growing SaaS organisation to recruit a Product Owner.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a range of internal teams and external stakeholders, helping to shape product direction and ensure outcomes are aligned with user and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery of products that provide real value to customers

Develop an understanding of user journeys and how different elements of the product fit together

Contribute to shaping the product vision and future direction

Help prioritise work in line with wider business objectives

Translate ideas and requirements into clear, actionable pieces of work

Maintain an organised and up-to-date list of priorities

Collaborate effectively with a variety of teams and partners

Support presentations or product walk-throughs when required

What We’re Looking For

Solid experience in a product-related role

Ability to understand needs and communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders

A proactive and positive approach to getting things done

Previous experience in a SaaS or similar environment

Familiarity with delivery or tracking tools such as Azure DevOps (or similar) is an advantage

Awareness of how users interact with products or services

Comfortable working with different teams and external contacts

Confident operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment
