Robert Half Technology are assisting a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation to recruit a Product Owner / Business Analyst on a contract basis. Hybrid working - London based. Role The Product Owner / Business Analyst will gather, analyse, and document business requirements across a range of digital initiatives. Write clear and concise user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria to support Agile delivery. Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to support delivery, implementation, and continuous improvement activities. Carry out hands-on testing, validation, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery activities within Agile / Scrum environments. Use JIRA to manage workflows, tickets, reporting, and progress tracking across multiple workstreams. Engage with internal users and cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and alignment with business needs. Assist in driving delivery across modern application environments within a fast-paced digital strategy programme. Quickly take ownership of deliverables while collaborating closely with senior members of the team. Profile The Product Owner / Business Analyst will have strong experience working within digital or technology transformation programmes. Proven experience using JIRA within Agile / Scrum delivery environments. Demonstrable experience writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria. Hands-on experience with testing, validation, issue resolution, and debugging activities. Exposure to modern application environments and digital platforms. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work closely with users and delivery teams. Comfortable operating in SME environments and supporting multiple workstreams simultaneously. Experience operating in Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Management, or hybrid delivery-focused roles is highly desirable.
