Are you a commercially minded Product Manager with a passion for bringing new ideas to life? Do you thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments where you can own launches end-to-end and see the real impact of your work?
We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager to lead the growth of a cutting-edge Optical portfolio—delivering exciting new products and services to market while driving measurable business success.
Base Salary to £55k – Remote / Hybrid working options (access to the Midlands)
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of product launches across the UK market, working closely with global teams and local stakeholders. From strategy through to execution, you’ll play a central role in shaping campaigns, engaging customers, and driving revenue growth.
You’ll combine project management, commercial thinking, and creative campaign delivery to ensure every launch lands successfully—and delivers results.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end product launches, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, Logistics, and more
Bring innovative products and services to the UK market in line with strategic priorities
Deliver high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, events, and print
Work with agency partners to create compelling 360° launch campaigns
Track and optimise campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI and continuous improvement
Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings
Provide market and competitor insights to inform future strategy

What We’re Looking For
Essential
Proven experience in product, brand, or communications management within medical devices or pharma
A track record of successfully launching products and leading cross-functional teams
Strong commercial acumen and ownership mindset
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven
Desirable
Experience in optical, ophthalmic, or vision care
Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitors, and customer needs
