Job Description

Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role, shaping how customer insights translate into end-to-end marketing strategy and execution. You will not only define go-to-market approaches, but also operationalize scalable, repeatable systems that elevate how marketing is executed across merchants, partners, and internal teams.

This role is ideal for a leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy, building systems, and diving into ambiguity — someone who can prioritize across competing demands, influence without authority, and drive forward progress with the right level of leadership visibility.

What You'll do

· Drive Strategy Through Deep Customer & Data Insight: Translate customer analytics into actionable marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and long-term value.

· Connect end-to-end strategy—from segmentation and positioning through execution—ensuring customer insights consistently inform decisions across all touchpoints.

· Own Complex Prioritization Across Merchants & Stakeholders: Balance customer needs, marketing strategy, and contractual commitments while managing competing priorities.

· Lead End-to-End GTM with Strategic Rigor: Own GTM strategy including positioning, segmentation, messaging, and measurement ensuring execution is grounded in clear strategic intent while remaining adaptable to evolving business needs.

· Build Scalable Systems & Raise the Bar: Develop repeatable frameworks that improve execution, efficiency, and consistency.

· Be a Thought Leader & Driver of Innovation: Introduce new approaches that improve effectiveness across teams.

· Operate with Agility and Bias for Learning: Navigate ambiguity and take on unfamiliar challenges with confidence.

· Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner
