Location: Hybrid in Huddersfield Office - 3 days per week in the office Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE + Benefits Hours: Full Time, 39.5 hours per week Reports to: Head of Product
About the Business
Our client is an established technology business specialising in digital customer engagement, loyalty and rewards solutions for B2B clients.
With continued growth across its Enterprise and Commercial proposition, the business is investing further in its Product function and is looking for a Product Manager to help strengthen and embed a more product-led approach.
The Opportunity
This role sits between commercial needs, customer problems and technology. You'll identify and validate product opportunities, shape the right solutions and help prioritise investment based on customer value, commercial impact and scalability.
You'll work closely with Commercial, Marketing, UX, Technology and Delivery, owning the problem, value, outcomes and prioritisation, while partnering with a Technical Product Owner.
What We're Looking For
Around 2.5+ years' experience in Product Management or a comparable role.
Experience within a B2B, client-facing or commercially focused environment.
Background in digital products, e-commerce, SaaS, platforms, loyalty, partnerships or wider technology.
Strong understanding of product discovery, validation and prioritisation.
Experience managing roadmaps and making evidence-based product recommendations.
Comfortable handling complex or challenging stakeholder conversations.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance client requirements with scalable product thinking.
Good technical understanding, particularly around platforms, APIs and integrations.
Confident using data and customer insight to support product decisions.
Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership of problems.
Experience working with a Technical Product Owner or similar technical role would be beneficial.
