Product Manager

Product Manager Location: Watford (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £65,000 + Benefits

We're partnering with a growing B2B SaaS business looking to appoint a Product Manager to join its expanding Product team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative Product function where you'll have genuine influence over the product roadmap and work closely with Engineering, Design and commercial teams to deliver high-impact features. The Role

Own and deliver key areas of the product roadmap from concept through to launch.

Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to define product requirements and prioritise development.

Gather customer and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements.

Champion AI-driven innovation, identifying practical ways to enhance the platform through automation and intelligent workflows.

Conduct product and process reviews to uncover opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Analyse user behaviour, market trends and competitor activity to inform product decisions.

Define user stories, acceptance criteria and success metrics.

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

About You We're looking for a commercially minded Product Manager who enjoys solving complex problems and building products that deliver measurable value.

You'll ideally have

Previous Product Management or Product Owner experience within a B2B SaaS environment.

Experience delivering AI-enabled products, automation initiatives or intelligent workflows.

Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning and Agile delivery.

Experience reviewing business processes and identifying operational efficiencies.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical teams.

A data-driven approach to product decision making.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Desirable

Experience working with AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI.

Exposure to workflow automation and process optimisation.

Experience within customer experience, CRM or enterprise software environments.

Technical understanding of APIs and software integrations.
