Job Description
Product Manager Fintech Onboarding and Growth London Hybrid three days onsite Tuesday to Thursday. £90,000 to £110,000 plus bonus and benefits.
This role sits at the heart of customer growth for a scaled fintech product. You will own onboarding and activation journeys, shaping how users first experience a digital wallet and ensuring compliant, friction light entry into the product.
The Company They are a global consumer platform expanding rapidly into financial services. Their digital wallet and payments product is live across multiple markets and continues to scale, supported by cross functional teams distributed internationally.
The Role You will own the end to end onboarding and activation experience, with a strong focus on conversion, compliance, and early engagement. Key responsibilities include:
Designing and optimising onboarding journeys from sign up to activation
Owning KYC and identity verification flows within a regulated environment
Analysing funnel performance and identifying drop off points
Driving improvements to activation and early lifecycle engagement metrics
Supporting product launches and localisation for new markets
Working closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams
Your Skills and Experience
Proven product management experience in fintech or regulated B2C products
Ownership of onboarding, activation, or growth focused journeys
Hands on experience with KYC or identity verification processes
Strong analytical capability across funnels, conversion, and user behaviour
Experience working on mobile products at meaningful scale
