Product Manager

Working out of St. Albans, you will occasionally find yourself visiting retailers across the UK and Europe.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll manage the full product lifecycle – from concept through to launch – working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, R&D, and manufacturing teams to deliver exceptional customer-focused solutions.

Product Manager - What You'll Be Doing

Take full ownership of product specifications, packaging and performance monitoring.

Manage new product development and drive launches with internal teams and key clients.

Lead packaging development and artwork approvals.

Conduct market and in-store audits to identify emerging trends and innovation.

Benchmark product features against competitors and support strategic tenders.

Maintain accurate customer data and manage product samples and testing processes.

Provide insights through lab and panel analysis to support decision-making.
