Join Our Client's Team as a Product Growth Manager! Location: Bromley, Greater London Contract Type: Permanent
Our client in the luxury hospitality industry is looking for a Product Growth Manager to lead their product strategy and help drive future growth.
Develop and execute growth strategies to enhance product performance and market reach
Analyse market trends and customer feedback to refine product offerings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and development, to ensure alignment and drive results
Identify new opportunities for product innovation and expansion
Monitor KPIs and produce reports to showcase progress and areas for improvement
Engage with customers to gather insights and adapt strategies accordingly
Champion a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making within the team
Proven experience in product management or growth roles, preferably in Financial Services or Insurance
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration
A proactive mindset with the ability to think creatively and strategically
Familiarity with product development methodologies and agile practises
A passion for user experience and customer satisfaction
