Product Designer (Formless)

About the role

As Formless expands beyond simple lead capture into more advanced sales qualification and research interviews, we are looking for a craft strong individual contributor to help bring clarity, consistency, and trust to these new experiences.

You will shape full journey experiences for agent driven products, strengthen edge cases, and align design decisions with real technical constraints and phased roadmaps. Your work will help Sales Agent deliver efficient lead capture, qualification, and handoff, and help Research Agent produce credible, repeatable qualitative insights.

This is where you will come in. You will help turn emerging agent concepts into dependable, scalable experiences that teams and customers can trust, while shaping the design foundations that future use cases will build on.

Things you will do

• Design clear and trustworthy agent experiences across Sales and Research use cases• Pair closely with a Senior Product Designer to align on intent and shared patterns• Own execution from specs to prototyping and design reviews• Keep product managers and engineers closely aligned on scope and feasibility• Systemize journeys and interaction patterns as Formless scales into new scenarios• Identify and harden edge cases so experiences feel reliable and predictable• Use and contribute to the Echo design system to create scalable and accessible patterns• Run usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations• Present design decisions and rationale clearly to a wide range of stakeholders
