Product Analyst - £50,000-£55,000
Office-Based
We're looking for a Product Analyst to join our growing Product team, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers and key business stakeholders to help shape and improve our products through customer insight and data-driven decision making.
Gather and document business and user requirements, translating them into actionable product requirements.
Analyse customer feedback, product usage and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements.
Work alongside Product Managers to prioritise features and maintain the product backlog.
Produce user stories, acceptance criteria and functional documentation.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design and QA throughout the product lifecycle.
Monitor product performance using data and KPIs, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
Previous experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst within a product-led environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience writing user stories and gathering requirements.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions.
Experience working within Agile teams.
Knowledge of SQL or product analytics tools would be advantageous.
