This is an opportunity for a Senior Product Analyst to take ownership of product growth analytics within a fast-growing digital platform. You'll work at the heart of product decision-making, driving experimentation, influencing roadmap priorities, and uncovering insights that directly impact customer acquisition, activation, and retention.

The Role
Own product analytics across key customer growth and revenue journeys.
Analyse acquisition, conversion, activation, engagement, and retention performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate experiments to optimise the user experience.
Define tracking requirements, success metrics, and measurement frameworks for new product features.
Build dashboards and self-service reporting solutions to empower stakeholders with data-driven insights.
Partner closely with Product, Commercial, and Leadership teams to influence decision-making.
Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
Support and mentor analysts, helping to elevate analytics best practice across the wider team.
Your Skills & Experience
Strong commercial experience in product analytics within a digital business, marketplace, subscription platform, SaaS organisation, or similar environment.
Advanced SQL skills and the ability to independently manage end-to-end analytical projects.
Experience with product analytics and event tracking platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, or equivalent tools.
Strong knowledge of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing and statistical analysis.
Excellent understanding of product performance metrics, including conversion, activation, engagement, retention, and churn.
The ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A proactive mindset, with the confidence to identify opportunities and make recommendations independently.
Exposure to Python, R, dbt, or AI-powered analytics tools would be beneficial.
