About the team
At its core, Stripe is building the financial infrastructure for the internet, and the Procurement Enablement team plays a critical role in powering that mission from within. We partner closely with internal systems teams, finance, and operational teams across Stripe's global Procurement organization to diagnose inefficiency, redesign how work gets done, and build the systems and tools that make better processes stick. As part of Procurement Enablement, you'll work at the intersection of process design, operational analytics, and emerging technology, identifying where friction exists, mapping what great looks like, and deploying AI-powered solutions as one of many tools to drive lasting operational change at scale.
What you'll do
As a Procurement Operations and Transformation PgM, you'll combine deep process thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on technical capability to fundamentally improve how Stripe's global procurement organization operates. You'll diagnose workflow inefficiencies, design better operating models, and build or deploy AI-powered tools that make those improvements permanent and scalable. Embedded directly within Procurement teams — Strategic Sourcing, Third Party Risk, Contracting, Procurement Operations, etc. — you'll be equally comfortable whiteboarding a process map, pulling and interpreting operational data, and shipping an automation that removes manual work for good.
