The role
GoCardless implemented Coupa as our Purchase to Pay (P2P) system globally that manages the end-to-end Purchase to Pay (P2P) process, supplier onboarding, and the supplier contract repository.
The role will report to the Head of Procurement within the procurement function and wider Finance function.
The ideal candidate is someone looking to work within a role with exposure to a wide variety of business areas and stakeholders. The person is a fast learner and willing to learn and develop their skills and knowledge. This person will be the customer-facing point for both internal stakeholders and suppliers for procurement-related queries. This role would suit a new graduate or early career person.
Manage the department's day-to-day P2P workflow from onboarding new suppliers, Purchase to Pay scheduling, record keeping, etc.
Providing P2P Coupa process and system operational support and training where required, following a “train the trainer” approach throughout the GoCardless (GC) business
Work closely with the stakeholders, third-party vendors, procurement business users, and accounts payable team to maintain excellent user effectiveness, experience, and success
Manage and deliver the monthly reporting requirements for the function
Developing and ensuring the ongoing maintenance of all related P2P Coupa demos, training materials and Quick Start Guides, and support of strategic business administration activities
Working closely with the Procurement team, in order to provide change management support to any new countries/users/initiatives and process/template changes.
Providing MI to support oversight of Global Procurement P2P Coupa Performance.
Assist internal partners with contract and procurement-related processes, paperwork, and systems
Respond to and resolve queries from internal and external partners promptly
Identify opportunities and solutions to develop new procedures and processes to improve the overall effectiveness of the Department
Manage, maintain, and create the internal documentation for the platform, including our internal web pages
