What this job can offer you
This is a transformative time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as Principal Analyst, Marketing Analytics. As the highest-level individual contributor within our Revenue Operations team, you won't just support our strategy—you will shape it.
We are looking for a visionary, highly autonomous expert to serve as the primary strategic partner to the Director of Planning and Analytics, the VP of Growth Marketing, and the broader executive leadership team. In this P5 role, you will own the long-term vision for our marketing data ecosystem, moving beyond project execution to architect frameworks that define our global marketing strategy. From pioneering next-generation predictive attribution models to unlocking the macroeconomic impact of brand equity, your governance will dictate Remote’s global investment strategy.
What you bring
Professional Experience: Distinguished track record in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data science, with extensive experience specifically embedded in high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise environments.
Architect-Level Attribution: Mastery in designing, scaling, and defending complex attribution frameworks (Multi-Touch, Media Mix Modeling, and Unified Measurement) across complex, non-linear enterprise buyer journeys.
Macro-Funnel Vision: Deep expertise in quantifying abstract, non-paid focus areas; a proven history of designing measurement frameworks for global brand health, organic ecosystems, Share of Voice (SoV), and long-tail market expansion.
Advanced Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency across the modern data stack. You are comfortable writing production-grade code, architecting data models in dbt, optimizing complex Snowflake environments, and leveraging AI/automation to scale analytical workflows.
Ecosystem Governance: Deep familiarity navigating and integrating enterprise CRMs and automation systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) with advanced BI ecosystems (Sigma, Tableau, Looker).
Executive Gravitas & Communication: Exceptional ability to command a room of C-suite executives, transforming dense, highly technical data structures into high-impact strategic narratives that drive organizational change.
Language: Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
Remote-First Mindset: While experience working remotely isn't required, a strong knack for asynchronous communication, high autonomy, and self-driven documentation is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Vision & Predictive Modeling
Next-Gen Attribution & MMM: Own and evolve the architectural vision for Remote’s attribution logic. Merge multi-touch attribution (MTA) with Media Mix Modeling (MMM) to build a unified view of both performance marketing and organic Top-of-the-Funnel (TOFU) streams.
Predictive LTV & Budget Optimization: Architect and maintain advanced Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and predictive churn models. Direct how these high-quality predictive signals are fed back into ad platforms and algorithmic bidding engines to maximize efficiency.
