Power BI Developer

Power BI Developer£550 a day (Inside IR35)4 days onsite (Sheffield) and 1 at Home2-3 months initially Role OverviewWe are looking for a Power BI Developer to enhance reporting and business intelligence across EFM. The role focuses on improving dashboards, data pipelines, and insight generation to support operational and strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities

Review and improve campus KPIs and dashboards across key forums (Executive, Operational, Risk, IMS, etc.)

Build and maintain Power BI reports and visualisations

Develop and support data pipelines, integrating sources such as Planon, Google tools, and SQL

Collaborate with the central BI team on data architecture and AWS cloud migration.

Ensure data quality, governance, and alignment with business priorities.

Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and advanced analytics (AI, predictive modelling)

Support governance processes, including risk and compliance reporting.

Key Skills & ExperienceEssential

Strong Power BI experience (DAX, Power Query)

SQL and data modelling expertise

Experience integrating multiple data sources.

Strong stakeholder engagement and analytical skills

Desirable

AWS or cloud BI experience

Exposure to AI / advanced analytics

Experience with Planon or similar systems

Knowledge of data governance frameworks
