A major organisation responsible for delivering a large-scale capital investment programme is seeking a Strategy & Integration / Portfolio Planning Manager to help shape future delivery plans, align business priorities and support long-term investment decisions.
This is a strategic role focused on bringing together requirements from across multiple programmes and portfolios, translating future delivery needs into clear, integrated plans that support investment, operational and business objectives.
Working with senior stakeholders across the organisation, you will help create a consistent view of future demand, challenge priorities where required, and ensure delivery strategies are aligned with wider business goals, regulatory expectations and long-term programme outcomes.
Working with senior business leaders to understand future delivery requirements, priorities and constraints
Bringing together requirements from multiple programmes, projects and investment portfolios into a coherent strategic roadmap
Supporting investment planning and decision-making through clear analysis and insight
Acting as a key link between operational, delivery, finance and commercial functions
Developing integrated strategies that support long-term programme and portfolio delivery
Using market and industry intelligence to inform future delivery approaches and operating models
Supporting governance, investment approvals and business case development
Identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities across major capital programmes
Driving collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and successful delivery outcomes

Experience operating within large, complex organisations

An excellent understanding of the commercial considerations that underpin major capital investment programmes, including delivery models, market capability, investment planning and supplier engagement
Experience within infrastructure, engineering, transport, energy, utilities, or other asset-intensive environments would be highly advantageous.
