Description
Manage contracts for AI systems and technologies, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
Oversee procurement activities, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies effectively.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand operational needs and align contracts accordingly.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best outcomes.
Ensure that all contracts comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present reports on contract performance and procurement activities.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency improvements.
Profile
Experience in contract management within procurement or supply chain functions.
Knowledge of AI systems and their application within an organisational context.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
An understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to contracts.
The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Analytical skills to assess contract performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Job Offer
Competitive salary starting from £59,440 to £70,018, dependent on the level of experience and location.
Flexible working: This team works remotely but if you do wish to be in an office, there are lots of locations you can choose from including Durham, Harrogate, Wrighton and London.
