PMO Analyst

PMO Analyst York / Hybrid (Circa 2 office days a week)

Investigo are working with a large corporate organisation that is looking to add an experienced PMO Analyst to its Portfolio Office team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working beyond governance and reporting, using data and insight to help drive better decision-making across a portfolio of change initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing Portfolio governance, reporting and RAID management Analysing portfolio data and identifying trends Supporting the implementation of a new enterprise PPM tool Working closely with Project Managers, Programme Managers and senior stakeholders Helping improve processes and reduce manual effort across the Portfolio Office

What They're Looking For 5+ years' PMO experience Portfolio PMO experience (rather than solely programme-level PMO) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience analysing and presenting data Power BI experience would be advantageous Financial Services experience would be beneficial but not essential

Candidates must have PMO experience gained from portfolio enviroments, not just within programmes. You'll be joining a friendly, collaborative team where personality and stakeholder engagement are just as important as technical capability.
