As a team of five Planning Executives, supported by the Planning Manager and Junior Planning Manager, we coordinate production planning by creating and managing daily and weekly production schedules, rack plans, and SKU allocations to ensure efficient, accurate, and uninterrupted operations across multiple production lines. Working closely with Operations, Logistics, BI, and Engineering teams, we optimise production through data-driven planning, proactively resolve issues, communicate operational changes, and drive continuous improvements to maximise productivity and ensure on-time delivery.
Create and manage daily and weekly production plans, rack plans, and Digital Mealkitting Platform (DMP) schedules to ensure efficient production across multiple lines.
Optimise production performance by using planning tools, analysing data, and adjusting plans to accommodate operational changes, incidents, and customer demand.
The Planning Executive collaborates with Operations, Logistics, BI, Engineering, and other stakeholders to coordinate production activities and resolve planning challenges.
Monitor production performance and planning data, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and driving operational efficiencies.
Act as a key point of contact during production, proactively communicating changes, managing escalations, and ensuring issues are resolved with minimal disruption.
Maintain planning documentation, develop process improvements, and support the wider team with planning tools, testing, and best practices.
Experience in production planning, supply chain, manufacturing, operations planning, or a similar fast-paced environment alongside relevant tools.
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
