Performance & Talent Process Lead

Shape the future of performance and talent at scale

We’re looking for a Performance & Talent Process Lead to play a key role in evolving how performance and talent are delivered across my clients organisation.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with Centres of Excellence and the Workday programme team to design, refine and embed processes that are not only effective, but genuinely enhance the employee experience.

If you enjoy combining data, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration to drive meaningful change, this could be a great next step.

What you’ll be doing

Driving process excellence

Lead the review and optimisation of performance and talent processes across the business

Use data and process mapping to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities

Partner with Centres of Excellence to design and implement improved frameworks

Simplify workflows, reduce delays, and enhance overall service delivery

Leverage technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making

Turning data into insight

Collaborate with the HR Reporting team to build dashboards, reports and KPIs

Analyse performance and talent data to identify trends, risks and opportunities

Translate data into clear, actionable insight for senior stakeholders

Build feedback loops to continuously improve performance and talent outcomes

Stakeholder engagement & influence

Act as a key contact for performance and talent processes across HR and the wider business

Deliver workshops and training to ensure consistent understanding and adoption

Communicate changes clearly, bringing people with you on the journey

Leading change & continuous improvement

Drive change initiatives linked to performance and talent processes

Embed a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Ensure processes meet internal standards and regulatory requirements

Investigate issues and implement effective solutions

Technology & systems

Support the rollout and optimisation of Workday Performance and Talent functionality

Partner with the Workday programme team on system enhancements and updates

Champion a data-led, digital-first approach across teams

What you’ll bring

Experience in HR process, performance or talent management roles

Strong working knowledge of HR systems (ideally Workday)

A data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into action

Proven experience in process improvement or transformation initiatives

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Confidence managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment

Experience supporting and embedding change

CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is a plus, but not essential

Why this role?

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how performance and talent operate at scale, working at the intersection of HR, data, technology and transformation.

You’ll have the chance to make a visible impact, influence senior stakeholders, and help build a more modern, efficient and engaging people experience.
