WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a part of the Braze People team, the People Solutions team plays a pivotal role in supporting the overall employee lifecycle and optimizing processes to align with business needs. The People Solutions Coordinator will provide valuable support across various People functions, ensuring accuracy and integrity of our processes and compliance. They will also serve as a key point of contact for all Braze employees on People-related questions and support.

This role reports to the Team Lead, People Solutions, and sits within the People Operations function, but will also have the opportunity to work closely with all functions across the People Department.

As the People Solutions Analyst, you will

Maintain a thorough understanding of our HR policies, procedures, and local employment laws, ensuring compliance with a focus on Brazil & US requirements

Support the employee lifecyle by executing key processes in
