And with big ideas, brilliant colleagues and loads of opportunity to grow, it’s a great time to join us on the journey. 🎁 About the Role   At Greetz, we help people connect in meaningful ways and that starts with our own people.   We’re looking for a part-time People Advisor (HR Advisor) to act as the in-country People contact for our Netherlands colleagues.   Based on-site in Almere, this is a part time role, 3 days per week. You’ll provide practical, solutions-focused advice across employee relations and core people matters, ensuring our approach is fair, compliant and aligned with Dutch employment law.   Working closely with our Junior People Partner and the wider UK People team, you’ll play a key role in embedding consistent Group practices while making sure local needs are understood and represented. With a high level of autonomy, you’ll help create a supportive and engaging workplace where managers feel confident taking ownership of their teams with expert guidance from People when it matters most.
