Description
Understand current business processes, issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Gather, document, and manage business requirements.
Create clear outputs such as process maps, user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
Identify ways to simplify, standardise, automate, or improve processes.
Work with business teams, technology teams, project managers, and senior stakeholders.
Support transformation delivery from discovery through to testing, implementation, and adoption.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to agree requirements and decisions.
Support User Acceptance Testing, defect management, and business sign-off.
Provide clear updates on progress, risks, issues, actions, and dependencies.
Support both Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches where required.
Profile
5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong background in Pensions
Experience delivering transformation, change, or process improvement projects.
Good understanding of operational processes, controls, risks, and data.
Experience working with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and compliance.
Experience supporting projects through requirements, testing, implementation, and adoption.
Job Offer
Salary between £50,000 and £60,000, dependent on the level of experience.
