As a Payroll Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations while leading and developing a high-performing payroll team. You will serve as a trusted partner to employees, managers, and other stakeholders, providing expert guidance on payroll-related concerns while driving process improvements, strengthening controls, and supporting the development of effective payroll policies and reporting frameworks.

What you’ll do
Oversee the end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Review payroll calculations, adjustments, and payroll imports before the finalization of payroll registers.
Manage payroll calendars, advisories, deadlines, and cut-off dates.
Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll team to consistently deliver accurate and timely payroll processing.
Conduct training, coaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
Handle complex and escalated payroll queries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Serve as a trusted payroll advisor to employees, managers, stakeholders, and other departments.
Provide expert guidance and insights on payroll-related matters and ensure concerns are properly addressed.
Review and develop payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls to strengthen payroll operatio
