The Role
The Payroll Assistant will assist the finance manager with processing monthly, fortnightly and weekly payrolls end to end and manage the T/A system.
Processing payroll end to end
Manage payroll adjustments, overtimes, shift allowances and statutory deductions (e.g. PAYE, NI, student loan, pensions)
Ensure compliance with payroll legislation UK and overseas
Submit statutory filings such as RTI submissions and liaise with third party providers
First point of contact for payroll-related queries from UK employees
Inputting managing Time and attendance system (T&A)
